Baby Names

Well, nothing very interesting has happened since my last post. I really need to get a life! Haha. Since Halloween is in a few days, we'll have some adorable pictures of Reagan in her costume. I just can't wait to dress her up!

On other news. I'm 31 weeks pregnant. Just 2 months to go before this little bundle arrives. At my last appointment (@ 30 wks), I was only measuring 27 weeks. I measured a little small with Reagan but not that small. So, I was a little concerned. The doctor says as long as I measure larger at the next appt. everything should be fine. I sure am eating more than enough for this little girl to be HUGE. Of course it looks as though it is finding residence on my thighs, butt, and hips. Oh joy!

Anyways, Erik and I have not been able to agree on a name for girl # 2. Erik is very much in love with the name Chloe. I also like the name quite a bit but I can't settle on it. We're also considering Lauren and Sarah. So, I'm just going to shout out and see what everyone else thinks. What's your favorite?? Hope you're all doing well :)

Rexburg Trip (aka. Spoiled by Mom and Grandma)

Let's try this whole blog thing again. After 2 months of not posting anything, I'm hoping to make posts a bit more regular :) Which means, I need to get my butt out of the house and actually do some fun things, especially before baby #2 arrives!

Reagan and I just got back last night from our 2 week vacation in Idaho. My parents spoiled us rotten while we were there :) It was so nice to be close to family, with all of my brothers living nearby. My mom and I did a few projects while I was there. We made 2 hefty receiving blankets that are actually big enough to swaddle a baby in, and a quilt for Reagan when she moves up to a toddler bed. It was a lot of fun and got me motivated to do some new projects.

Reagan got very attached to my mom while we were there. She highly preferred her over me most of the time. Probably because my mother is amazing and wonderful in every way. Plus, she's just so much more nicer than mommy. Also, I've never seen her adore someone so much as she does my younger brother Garrett. She just gets so giddy around him. It's really cute.

However, we're both elated to be back home with Erik. He survived somehow, although he does look a bit thinner to me. He promised me he would cook a few meals and take care of himself instead of surviving on nachos and salsa, starbursts, and rolos (as he did the last time we were apart). He didn't do a very good job with the one request I gave him. He managed to cook one casserole the whole time I was gone. So, I've got my work cut out for me to fatten him up a little more so that I don't feel so bad about the absolute glutton I was while I was gone. It's a good thing I like cooking, especially for my hubby.
